Sun rays dominate the days, a warm breeze blows my hair away from my face, birds are chirping from their perches, and my nails are manicured in pretty pastel colors. It's official; spring has arrived. Two of my favorite pale pastels are mint green and lilac. Luckily, Sally Hansen is in agreement and has provided us fashionistas with two perfect shades.
