Nothing says glamour like an all-black room. Whether the paint has a matte or high-gloss finish, the vibe it gives off is ultimately one of luxury and allure. The mysterious midnight walls make the perfect backdrop for colorful artwork and statement-piece accessories. I love the irony of putting a barely-there lucite chair in an all-black-walled room. If the colorful gallery look is too much of an overstated look for your taste, keep it ultra sophisticated with ornate decor, brushed gold accents, and even a pop of animal print (favorably leopard or zebra to stay with the neutral palette).
